The rooms have been newly updated and where fresh and clean all around. The beds where so comfortable I had to ask the manager where I could purchase one. Located across the street was the Okanagan Lake and there was a fabulous restaurant and Ice cream shop right on the property. Our room had a veranda which was so convenient, as we could sit outside enjoy a cocktail and the evening after our son had gone to sleep. Our experience with it was excellent and we would definitely recommend it to other families. "We remembered seeing this quaint-looking little place the last time we were through town and thought it looked like a nice place to stay. This year when we decided to go to the Children's Festival we decided to give it a try and called ahead to make a reservation, despite the mixed reviews on Trip Advisor. "When we arrived, we were greeted by the very friendly woman in charge who was so nice and even upgraded us to a suite. We found the suite, which included two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, and living room/dining area, to be perfect for our family of four. The kitchen appliances, bathroom fixtures, beds, paint, and flooring were all new, and everything was very clean. The TV and some of the other furnishings were older, but functional.
